The Birth of Computer Programming Ada Augusta Byron King Countess of Lovelace In a universe of men, for men, and made by men, there were a fortunate not many ladies who could stand up and be taken note. In the mid nineteenth century, Lovelace Augusta Byron King, Countess of Lovelace, made her imprint among the universe of men that has impacted even today’s world. She was the â€Å"Enchantress of Numbers† and the â€Å"Mother of Computer Programming.† The universe of PCs started with the modern information on one Charles Babbage and one Lady Lovelace, who seemed to find out about Babbage’s Analytical Engine than he himself knew. At the hour of Lovelace’s disclosures, ladies were just barely starting to partake in the logical world, and her adoration for science drove her straight into the universe of men. Her childhood, her quest for more information, her adoration for arithmetic, and her acquired composing capacities enlivened what we know today as PC programming or software engineering. Lovelace Augusta Byron was destined to the celebrated British writer George Gordon Byron (Lord Byron), and Anne Isabella Milbanke on December 10, 1815.
